Totriornottotri Sep 2021 3:01am, 18 Sep 2021 1,799 posts	0 Totriornottotri Morning all, I have had a couple of big training days (100km ride - shortened after twisted chain, 8km run and 1300m swim on. Thu, 13km run, 30km ride and 1km swim Friday) albeit at easy or recovery pace. Enjoying 3 nights in a hotel, suite and whirlpool on balcony. Very nice. Had best night sleep in months last night. Bike is being serviced by Guam's first Olympian (MTB 2000 Derek Horton). Good luck Sam!

(Sadly by the time you posted Sam was already home - he called me at about 130k to say his hip was getting really painful and he didn't think he could do another 100, so I went and got him)

We should have been there in April 2019 on a bike club trip, but we all know what happened then! I think next time we go I’ll walk down the torent de pareis instead.
