Unfortunately there isn't even time to snooze in the sex pond all afternoon, as there's a beer festival up in Eindhoven that needs cycling to. No rest for the Raemond.

Recovery beer 🙂 Sadly we are back from the land of stunning scenery and naff all WiFi / Gs Gorgeous place that I hope to return to and do the half marathon they didn't have last weekend. Have walked up and down and around. Bit of a rest week this week for dodgy calf, SUPathlon on Sunday.

Trundle of shame back to HQ, took about 1 hr 15 to get back. Slotted in a Zwift race to compensate and was rank average, and a lumbering run off. Still proper taper now😀 Mrs TRO did a local sprint Tri and won AG and some bling.
