Nice fraggle, all.
Run - 45.2. Started with an attempt at RunTheSum, failed at day 7. Couple of parkruns and social Tuesday jogs.
Swim - 2.3. A really bad worried skins lake swim has thrown me off somewhat. Haven't had a panicky swim for years. Ok in an open air pool. Need to get back in that horse before coaching small uns in the lake in 10 days time...
Bike 28.6. Must be missing a couple of Zwifts. still only about 50 miles though. Walk - 77.1 This is what I do when I don't do anything else.
Couple of Yoga's and a gardening severe enough to get logged.
Mojo - just out of reach.
Overall I felt good after the Castle to Coast, but the half marathon 2 weeks later just totally wiped me out. And then I took my foot off the gas a bit too much. And, TBH, I hate the school holidays because everyone else goes on holiday and muggins covers so work has been utterly full on. I'm skiving now but it's going to be yet another late one. Still our own holiday is approaching and I'm building up to something like a routine, so hopefully I can see my way out of the rut.

Oh yes, sausage... I'll look that up in a minute.
Morning folksicles. 8 days to Almere. Just typing that has made me need a nervous poop.
In less immediately stress inducing news, we've got the fixture list for the rugby season. To adorn the sidebar please Grepula:
September 26 * Brabostars VS Westenders (Raesons to be cheerful, part 3)
October 3 * Utrecht Panthers Vs Brabostars (show me the Rae to go home)
October 10 * Brabostars VS Aachen (Rae oop lad)
November 7 *Brabostars VS RUS 2 (Raeinventing the wheel)
November 14 *Hookers/Bees/Sparta Vs Brabostars (everybody loves Raemond)
November 21 *Westenders vs Brabostars (Raeders of the lost Ark)

As I did actually participate in all three triathlon events in August, I'll do a little post.
Some swimming.
Some cycling. Some running. Lots of walking.
I also lost over a stone in weight.

On another matter, I have a question about pool length and Garmin. I posted this question on the Garmin thread, but it got a bit overwhelmed by other discussions.
I swam in the hotel pool whilst on holiday last week. The pool was 15 metres in length but my watch only allows length down to 17 metres.
Should I divide the distance my watch came up with by 17 and then multiply by 15 to get the actual distance?

You could do that. Or the better approach is to forget all about that and assume you're a faster swimmer....
