Woke Sevenish, dozed until nineish, leisurely breakfast and feeding/drugging of dogs, then an hour and a bit of reading in the semi-sun on the brunch terrace. It's a tough old life (working this afternoon though). Wednesday is intervals day, so I've that to look forward to after work. Just got a letter from the specialist mental health place my GP has referred me to - just a 21 week waiting list for new intake patients. Deep joy.
