Likewise EP, I have been in my kit all day.
I WILL get out in the next 1/2 hour, honest.....
Interesting comments re: OW ineptitude. I am completely zen in a pool while I never feel that relaxed in OW so there is likely to be some tension creeping in there.
Also, I am quite broad in the shoulders for a girlie and they make tri kit / bike kit for sticks with no boobs, so I do feel quite restricted in the shoulders in the couple of wetsuits i've owned.
Lots of things to think about / practice in the next....how many days is it now Pix?!

The Great Raemondo
I've just heard that the annual summer beach 7s rugby tournament at Ameland, a much loved centrepiece of the Dutch club rugby year apparently, which was cancelled last year and optimistically scheduled for 11-13 June this year, is being moved to September.
When in September?
Why, the weekend of Challenge Almere, of course.
Of course.
I have warned the rest of the team that a) I will be completely deceased, and ii) will insist on wearing the medal all weekend, but was told this is not a problem as far as any of them are concerned.
Sam and I had been talking about having some sort of actual holiday after the half... I'm not sure this was what he had in mind, though.

I'm also slower in OW but that's probably because breaststroke is my fastest stroke and I don't really do that in OW
