Could hardly breathe it was so cold

BTF restrict swim distance at that temp!

So I’m ignoring the swim and thinking on the rest of the night

Wetsuit off easily

Fairly quick change

10m almost all aero
Decent pace without pushing it

But I did had to stop fairly quickly on the bike as my hands had been too cold to do shoes up properly 😂😂

Well I did get an IRL ride in. TT, scooped a strava KOM and felt as if I was moving really well on the bike.

A very happy ride 😀
