The layabout is far more active than me!

Dodgy calf seems to have abated, will try some running tomorrow.

Swim yesterday, increasing time rather than distance but felt good.

Tonight should be Zwift racing, going to head outdoors if there isn't a team to speak of.

It almost feels like I'm training!

Well I surmised that as I can't get the effort out a 10km run then 60km bike then 9km run might be good over distance training :-)
