Morning. Quiet weekend for me. Really enjoyed Zwift racing on Thursday last week, but it took a lot out of me. Ready to go again now though. ION, weight-loss goals have suffered through a lack of focus. Need to be better at that this week. Here we go. On, On!! |

^^^ Misread that as 'recovered in the dessert'  Hugely frustrated at the moment, work coming out of my ears, I've missed 2 key long Sunday bike sessions, pools have opened now but struggling to get there - please make it stop!!! |

MA big day yesterday. Bike/Run/Core/Swim total 6.5 hours. Across all 4 sessions max hr 124. Swim done this morning; couple of bikes and a run planned. Shorter, harder. We are rolling..... I’m doing a triathlon in 12 days
