My PT has been a superstar, helping me by passing me the weights and taking them back, as its so bloody hard to do when you're on crutches. Arms like jelly, and I'm knackered now and ION, I pulled an inch of thread (suture?) from one of the incision points on my ankle, not sure they should have left that in there...

Not a lot going on here after making my calf go ping during a long run on Sunday. Light walking and finger crossing. 50 mile (sportive) on Saturday, in Tro-style Februafilth.
