The Met Police sports ground is in Essex, for starters. This is as nothing compared to Epping Forest, which from a policing point of view comes under City of London]

Weekend also no racing, plotting a long swim (which will have to be 2 45 min sessions bookec back to back and getting out between), long bike, long run over the weekend. Not sure of timings etc yet, as weather apocalypse is due on Sat by the looks.
