MA. Is insomnia a side effect of the az vaccine? I've basically been up since 2am 😩

I feel fine otherwise but I'll have a rest day anyway. I've done a lot in the last few days (for me) and I do tend to have trouble sleeping when I'm overtrained.

I just felt 'box set tired' after both doses - about 36 hours first time, about half that second - just no energy at all.

I walked past the tennis courts on my way to the polling station this morning. They were busy, lots of HFYBing going on before 9

There is planned swimmage and runnage on the cards today, think I'm too old for these double training days. Doesn't bode well for racing next month!

Are you Essex or Havering, Catters? Public courts are free in Essex - an they seem to be busier in the current climate than they were before all the covids.

The downside of them being free is they can't be booked - which was a pain when I used to play Chelmsford League singles.
