Long run done - felt pretty good actually, running is going well at the mo, which is usually about the time I get injured.
First swim of the year planned for this afternoon - Llanelli North Dock - oh the glamour - just me and the shopping trolleys!

Sweetie how was the swim?
Recovery spin done and now 48 glorious hours of rest before long weekend
Have swapped saddle on bike - feels odd LOL! But if it stops me err "reoccurring sensitive issue" I'm happy!
May look at a new saddle anyway - now is the time to change if I need to I guess

Swim was F-F-F-Freezing! I managed to stay in for a whole 6 minutes! Pretty pathetic, I know, but at least my swimming is off the mark for 2021. I'll go back next Monday and aim to do a full loop - which would be about 15 mins - and build from there and the pools open again next week too - yay!
Turbot session planned and I'm in my kit ready but waiting for a delivery to turn up first *drums fingers impatiently*
Re: Saddles Pix, maybe also consider saddle height - I messed around trying loads of saddles a couple of years ago when actually what greatly improved the issue was just a slight lowering of the saddle - just a couple of mm can make a big difference.

Sweetie you are brave lady and might have hit the nail on the head as coach did raise my saddle and I hadn't had issues before!
I just assumed more turbo use had been the issues but maybe! I like this cheaper solution!
