Welcome Sarah. :-) To Fetch and the hotel.

It can get pretty confusing in here with the anacronyms just put your hand up if you've got no idea whats going on.

I've been for a little ride this morning and put on a pair of trousers that I haven't been able to get into for 7 years :-O
Just waiting for news of a possible lunchtime meeting but if that's no go then I'll be down the pool at lunch and running club in the evening so BINGO* is on the cards

*doing all 3 sports in one day is Bingo. If the swim is outdoor it is Umbongo

I'm wondering when I can get back on my bike again - obviously I'd be cycling one-footed, but hey :-)

and I'd also have to get mr frag to set my bike up for me as I'm incapable of anything two handed at the moment :-(

I have been on the watt bike, legs are largely ok after Sunday which is handy as I go again this weekend

I might actually make it to the land of Orange tonight as the gym has re-opened. We seem to be down to two wattbikes though, so who knows?
