Have ordered new helmet and top with birthday money despite vraps suggestion of saving it to pay for outlaw next year when I go back to better my time .... nope just the once for me!

8 mile run this morning.

Herd Summer race on Bigfoot hills. Points race but I completely loused it up.

Got into lead A’s and thought that it would be comfy around Fugit before it kicked off in Titan’s. I completely forgot an early sprint prime, was looking at the hail outside, by the time I looked back to the screen the race had ignited and I was off the back.

No coming back from that, reward was a miserable solo tempo ride for 1:56. Worse the B’s,C’s and D’s started 5,10 and 15 mins earlier so nothing coming through from behind to latch onto.
