MA Having sulked on a sofa for 2 days with not-an-injury my turbo replacement arrives this morning and I shall test it later 2 swims and a sports massage booked for next week which all seems very normal |

Morning sulkers and skulkers. I had a bit of a "hiccup" on the road to lean yesterday. To be honest, it became an unmitigated disaster and ended up including wine, spirits and late-night cheese. However, on the bright side, today is a new day and I’m back on it. On, on! ~ toots horn ~ |

MA - Ankh, having seen a lived streamed funeral (friend in Aus) a couple of years ago, it is all a bit strange. I have been asked to attend the funeral of my good friend who dies at the weekend, and I can't imagine how hard it must be at the mount, choosing *which* 30 people can come. I too fell off the chocolate wagon, but thankfully the easter egg is almost finished. Weights session for me today, and I may have a zwift pootle as well if the legs are up for it, and debating whether i should do one tomorrow morning pre-Op, as I now don't have to go into the hospital until 12.30 HAND |
