Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

They are all good tips. Breathing out continuously in a stream of bubbles is probably the best way but it's also ok to breath out explosively. Horses for courses.

Finger-tip drills I still do, good for rotation and encouraging a high elbow :)

I’ve not had one for ages, which given that they’re taking ten quid a month off me is a cheek.

1 hour on the turbot and some yoga done.

Another vote for Adriene on the yoga front, great variety of sessions, you can pick just a quick 10 minute session if your short on time but I reckon it's well worth doing Pix.

Thanks for the invite to the zwift sessions Frag, I'll pass for now but never say never, I mean look what happened to Gobi! :-O
