EA. I'm back from the new forest. 200+ posts read. Well done all, nice rangers etc.
Cycling with 2 kids in a trailer is sloooooow. But easier than I was expecting. I covered a bit of the old forestman route including ornamental drive. It was only meant to be halfway down it but I missed a turn so after much swearing had to turn round d and plod back up it.
Kids back to school on Monday so training levels should get back up to something decent

Morning monster raving loonies.
After yesterday's battering I'm looking forward to a very gentle day of a long run (in which I will try to correct the fuel and hydration mistakes of previous long run attempts. I haven't left it late to figure that shit out at all, oh no), some s&c exercises, and then lots of heavy duty garden landscaping.
