MA - beasting from my PT later this morning, then I might do a recovery zwift ride this evening if I have any energy left*
*will also need to do something to soften the blow of two bottles of port, 3 boxes of biscuits/crackers and about 10 different cheeses SIL sent Mr Frag for his birthday yesterday

Took a morning off, our TTT team is stronger this week so giving myself a mental and physical rest as have a feeling this will not be a Zone 2 potter - We have 6 riders and I believe I am the 4th strongest.

Morning (just), hour of Z2 watted and easy run at lunch.
19:02 banner drops tonight, we go at 19:14. Let’s hope no DQ this week. 6 riding so we can only shed 1 I believe.

Afternoon.
8.1 miles run inc 20 x 1/1 min on/off. Majority sub 6mm, on sub 5mm! Happy with that!
Was very wet but session meant I didn't really notice till I was warming down that I was soaked, lol.

Good luck TTTing JC, TRO and Gobi
Avoided the constant rain by zwifting instead. Ticked off two more routes, the tour of California, up to level 15.
In other news, I'm in the comic this week. Made it onto the Max Watts Challenge board. Suspect this might reflect the overall no of female entries but pretty pleased. Would need to gain 30 watts to get into top 10 or lose 5kg 🤔
It is now very sunny outside.

TTT done. Effort was 10 mins longer, being virtually flat there was no downhill recoveries. Started as 6, lost one at halfway and finished as 5.
Got a bit better organised with the through and off in the second half, we wasted a lot of grunt first half. Even coordinated kit this week and no DQ!
Hard work, but the most fun I’ve had on Zwift by far.
