I'm starting to have serious misgivings about my reconstructed ankle. It's giving me all the grief this evening after just a medium long walk with the honds :(

I did a little run that was fine on Tuesday, as far as I recall, and biking on Wednesday was perfectly alright. I don't know why it's being so uncooperative now, silly thing.
