:-) They said they were reading the govt document at the moment to see if they can open but even if they can it won't be straight away as there will be staff training to do first before the public can come in

Ankh Gobi organises efforts then we stop, regroup, noodle along together then another effort at own pace, regroup.

Last time we did volcano circuit so effort around 6+ mins, then 8-9 minutes easy lap then go again. Then some very short hill sprints, same regrouping.

You’ll be getting a coached session for free!
