In other news Ironman have accepted my 70.3 entry now deferred to 2021 as Kona validation.

They no longer refer to the event happening in October 20. I am thus assuming Feb 21 earliest but nothing official yet.

News from Notts today. Outlaw cancelled for this year. I think all they’ve got left on the slate now is the Outlaw X in Sep.

Never liked Bond apart from the one where he runs across the alligators - awesome stunt that they got in one take.
Glad people are all well and race places are being honoured into 2021.same for me with Lakesman Half now moving to June 2021.

AA - lunchtime vanity for me, will do some zwifting later (another flat ride into the desert, as I need to burn off some of this coronaballast)

Bond? well I love those cheesy 70's films, you only ever got to see them on xmas day in those days, and I guess it kept us kids quiet for a hour or so. recently Casino Royale and Skyfall have been superb :-)

I do like a good Bond film and like Fraggle have enjoyed the recent outings given the competition from the likes of Mission Impossible Bourne et al.

Tour For All Stage 2 complete Zwift identified an increase in FTP today to 226, I'm happy to see the numbers are improving.
