Not sure how long my gym will be able to stay open as most of the equipment is fairly close together.
In other news, a smart trainer is on order so should be able to join the electronic elite soon. Although (a) very unlikely to be working from home (b) there probably aren't sufficient police round here to have roadblocks stopping me cycling outdoors into the windy wilderness.
The trainer order was already on the cards due starting a new job in London in April, so no more bike commuting
Could have been better timing and also wondering whether the commute will be allowed by then? NHS worker so probably? I suppose I could bike down there but it might take awhile!

The local gym is quiet 7-9pm at the best of times. Net total: 2 + the owner's son at 8pm tonight.

Morning
My watt bike is going to take a hammering for sure. Tried to do some speedwork this morning.
Turns out my android tablet is not zwift compatible

Gobi - this is what I was wondering. The ancient iPad is probably not going to be up to zwifting.

Morning! Run planned for later. In an unprecedented level of activity, MrK went out for a pre-work run for the second consecutive day (wfh now).

Mrs and mini Nico went to the gym last night. Only 18 people allowed in at any time and you have to book. Apparently you also have to book swimming and only 2 people per lane. Strange times. Think I'll stick to running outside, turning right out of the house to get into open countryside. Take my chance with mad cow disease and foot and mouth.

Morning All.
That's shit Anks. Glad you seem to have a bit of a plan. I think there's opportunities in childcare and shelf stocking if you need cash. My kids swimming has stopped for the foreseeable, the e-mail from the chairman was pretty heart breaking. I've offered to keep paying my subs as if it was still on as I'm not affected income wise (yet)
I've got a sainsbury's delivery coming tonight and although there's a lot of substitutions everything is getting delivered. Even toilet roll! Hurrah, I am saved.
I've run the last 2 days and will get one in today as well before I have the kids at home all day. Then who knows! Buggy running with the big one cycling beside me for a bit I suppose and some turbos.
