My young lad, afeared of losing advantage against his rugby mates, has been doing the above. You put Roxanne on the stereo and then perform body weight squats to the rhythm of the music. Every time Sting sings “Roxanne” you do a full burpee. Funny as flip through the closing bars of the song!!

Heading out for some more gymming now. A lighter workout than yesterday, I think.

It is utter Februfilth out there. Tennis not officially cancelled but I was the only person at the club ten minutes before start time so I turned round and went home.
