Which I found baffling as they were running them (overseas) because they wanted to anyway. Why justify it with fundraising? I've got fed up with giving people money to run London (others are available) every year. who then complain about the training. If they're that keen on giving money to charity, why not commit a % of their salary each year and stop bothering me. ION bike commuting was done. Both ways. Horrible head/crosswind on the way in. Leaning sideways type. Hmph.

Offered tiered sponsorship to motivate training Sorry but no I'm not impressed by your 6hour marathon done of debatable training when all you did was moan ! Rest morning here so stayed in bed for an extra 75 mins
