Tested the rebuilt single speed last night and all was good, even took pictures while out on my bimble, I shall load a couple to instagram

I have done more watt biking and Yoga, still don't enjoy the experience but I like the results.

Is GeRp dead ?

Skye / Ullapool very good (this I know). NC500 less so (by all accounts).

My lurgie lasted more than 4 weeks. Still not 100%, but feeling much better for having done ½ out on the bike last night.

Get well to all that are suffering with lurgie.

I did cycling in the land of Zwift, it was a one minute best effort workout, results were underwelming, I continued for a further 30 minutes for 1:30 in the saddle.
