I'm thinking about rejoining the local tri club, I did enjoy their run sessions, shame the swim was so late on a Monday Although I'm awful in the pool.
A hour on the turbo last night after the sports massage as predicted it did hurt, 4 miles easy tonight,

188 miles , ran on 25 days with a longest run of 10.1 miles so an average day actually running was over 7 miles. My log is awash with 6 to 8 mile efforts.
Have lost the Christmas weight well 3kgs anyway so I look normal.(lol) Time to go to a fast parkrun is coming.
Still 2- 3kgs from where I was in October , i moved from 68.9 to 70.5 so in effect if I can drop another 1.5 and get stable I can then force the last bit around races.
Did 10hours in the gym as well which is great as I need the other work.
No rest days.
Still a day of biking to go including Cannock Chase later so full numbers not available.
