Transatlantic time zones messes with your head (although to be fair quite handy for racing as you are waking up 'early' if you go West).

Morning all.
After letting training aimlessly drift for a few weeks I have started a 12 week winter training block this week. Did an ftp test this morning, expecting a decrease as I've only cycled a couple of times since IMW, but actually quite a significant increase - I guess I needed the R&R!

Yes, but surely smashing out 20 hour weeks of sweetspot, threshold, endurance and recovery work on the watter to raise your FTP id far more fun that just laying about most of the time with 'with a couple of bike rides'....
