Ankle is feeling more normal now post injection, though I still have nerve tingling, but its not annoying me too much today. Rarr!

It was good, mainly because i sacked off the rowing, which i think is spoiling it for me. So i picked things up and put them down again, some were heavier than others. Unfortunately i went to the cafeteria to heat up my soup (check me out, what a good boy), and they have homemade sausage rolls on today, needless to say they are bloody lovely

Good water pressure) and did a bit of a running at lunch time. Brussels seems to be positively overrun with joggers. I've heard rumours of a cycling club, as well.
