GlennR Oct 2018 11:28am, 23 Oct 2018 38,678 posts	0 GlennR I introduced melody into my last band's songs. Caused terrible ructions and dissolution due to the usual "artistic differences". You'd be amazed how much trouble the question "what key is this supposed to be in?" can cause.

I was percussion (beating an oil drum with an iron bar), our guitarist was a bloke in a green leather mini skirt and fishnets who played his guitar with a vibrator, all over some pre-recorded Gregorian monk chanting. We did no rehearsals, learnt no songs and just went out and made a racket. 3 goths got up and started dancing; we lasted about 5 minutes until the plug was pulled and we were booted off stage. A great day.
