MA - I have ventured ‘oop north :-o to Sheffield as teen2 is at the national diving champs. Not looking forward to spending the next 4 days by the hot pool, so am going to investigate Ponds Forge’s gym facilities.

Have also brought swimsuit :-o

Interesting couple of days. Tuesday - long old schlep to Birmingham for a leaving do, no training. Wednesday - run am, drive back (listened to the Germany game :-) :-) :-) :-)), 25 TT in the evening (55:02). Today swimmage then Zwatting done, runnage and club TT laters. My taper for Holkham will be saturday....

Actually not that interesting at all...what a dullard.
