ooo, yoga, there's an idea.
It's extra super gorgeous weather (technical meteorological term, I believe) here today so I went for the bike commute again, gently. No noticable re-opeing of wound, so that's a win :D
Now you've out the idea in my head I could try a gentle yoga-ing this evening while the other half goes to his urban trail club run.
Tomorrow is a holiday here, so I shall do some supervising while he does some gardening (don't want to push it, after all!)

Culford is so last year....
The World Triathlon consists of a 275-mile (about 442.6 kilometers) swim along the length of the River Thames and across the English Channel, then an 8,875 mile bike ride from Calais, France to Calcutta, India. Next comes a run from Calcutta to the base of Mt. Everest (about 950 miles or 1529 kilometers), which will then be attempted to summit. The total distance is about 70 times longer than an Ironman Triathlon. So far, only one man has attempted to do this; Charlie Wittmack, a 33-year-old Iowan lawyer. Wittmack was also the first Iowan to climb Mount Everest.
I hope he's quicker in transition than our ginge...;-)
