TRO Toddslayer
Harwich 5k last night.
Enjoyable promenade romp; crossed in 19:50. Modest time compared to what I used to do, but I think the strongest I have felt on a run since last year's knee injuries, could really push through the knee so not laboured like I was throughout last year.
Hopefully I can push on from this and get back into high 18/low 19 territory, delighted.
Celebrated with 90 mins on T'watter this morn.

ANOTHER glorious morning here today, though i can see a couple of clouds.
Due to be a bit less glorious later.
I have a sports massage at lunchtime today, so it will also be a rest day.
