MA - Ive been outside on a working bicycle :-) :-) a 16 molar ride and I loved it - good for the soul if not the sole.

Im now going to settle down with a cup of tea and watch some of *the* marathon

A 5 hour Zwatt bike session is more tedious than watching marathons. Didn't stop me though.....

2k swim in the lido for me this morning

Rest of the day doing fairly dull family commitments and ironing ffs

Gym closed at work for ten days now, may have to cycle tomorrow night :-)
