Felixstowe is truly a town of two halves. In the 'other' direction (+ along a bit) we could have a shot of a dreary, beaten up pier, a dire amusement arcade c1950's with the looming dock cranes in the skyline.

I'll save that shot for when the weather is suitably shit and fitting the landscape....

MA - I have attempted to ride outside today in the glorious sunshine. leaking tyre valve gave me a slow flat (the valve that Mr Frag 'fixed' yesterday ) so had to pump it up a few times in the 2 miles home :-( current status annoyed. will probably go out again on a different bike later, but its screwed up my timings for today. harrumph

20 mins on a watt bike - strava says effort level 1!!!!

A small step but a start. That said I was Ready to stop even at this effort.
