Trying to remember where I saw a HR comparison table that gives you a rough idea how running HR zones translate to cycling HR zones. Anyone got any ideas. British Cycling website maybe?

Fink reckons 95% of run --> bike.
Mind you, his Zone 2 is 75% to 85% of HRM which is a little different to everyone else.
For a HRM of 178, this translates to
133.50 to 151.30 Running (aim for 142 ish)
and 95% of that is
126.83 to 143.74 Biking. (aim for 132 ish)
YMMV.

The maths is the maths Angus
It all comes down to max HR and the calculation. For me it is easy as my max on legs and on bike is the same

That makes sense, of course. Best I get testing then.
