Inside you can also have a dry ride in London where it is raining. You can also turbo on the patio and get rained on while cycling through some god foresaken town in Virginia in the dry. It gets a bit confusing but the gist of it is that drivers don’t try and kill you but there is still rain.

Very few folk are tough enough to take their turbot and electonic gizmos onto the patio when rain is forecast. Greppers is one of them.
