You using Sufferfest or similar lammo? I find a structured workout better than just pedalling.

I've been using TrainerRoad lammo, I've found that quite good, much better than just pedalling anyway, time goes faster and I work much harder.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's all going to rats in Florida for TRO.
Sven Todtloff is on course to put three minutes into him into T1.

Lammo - just get a cadence sensor and train to heart rate.
Can walk you through testing and setting up zones
Ran 17.53 for my last parkrun as a 46 year old, effort was excellent given conditions, time reflects my current weight, weather and a lack of any run focus.
