I've been running, including a mile split beginning with a 7. A while since I did that. If only I had put a gilet on, how fast could I have gone?

Very fast, but in the direction of hell.

My cycling commute home was blighted by rainfilth. Since then I have swum.

Morning. Supposed to be a rest day but I've been blessesd with a free circuits class.

I could cut the arms off an old race t-shirt and /pretend/ I'm in a gillet. I would certainly look like a twat.
