Atonal Miserabilist (AFKA TRO)
Swimmage done. CSS set, partway through was doing a 400 at CSS pace and found myself quarter of a length up on the beep.
Only thing to do was go for it and got a new and unexpected 400 PB. Happy days.

Morning all. Scenic commutage on the fat tyres in nice warm weather with lots of squelchy mud. Spring is in the air in Surrey - I even waled out of work at 1715 last night and saw thought "I don't really need lights". I'll be back on the road bike commute soon.
I own neither a jill-it or gee-lay, and have no idea what all the fuss is about. Do you wear arm warmers with it when it's proper cold?

When it's proper cold you wear a jacket under it.
