The latter was gloriously muddy after the recent weather. Great day to be out! Thought for the Day Don't be sad if you're all alone on Valentine's Day, just remember no-one loves you any other day of the year either.

If it's a GILL-it, you're a triathlete and will be treated with disdain bordering on downright rudeness and hostility at some bike clubs (Essex Roads CC for one). If it's a Jill-eh, you're a cyclist and people at decent tri clubs (East Essex for one) will chuckle at you like you're some cute curio from a bygone era. Been there, been on the end of both those things. And if someone mocks you for owning one, well... do you even ride, Lammo bro?
