There was a bloke at the runny race in that London on Sunday with a vest covered in blood - I'e never experienced 'runners' nipple' and had no idea it could be that extreme.

Oh yes GreP. I experienced it at White Peak, I Had a navy blue vest on so you couldn't see the blood on it. But it was also raining, the blood mixed with water turned my race number a lovely red/pink colour.

They'd been ripped raw, the OH went to boots to buy some breastfeeding mothers nipple moisturiser for me! :-)
