Agreed. Movistar really should have capitalised on the Sky weakness. In an interview, though, Froome said he rode within himself on all the climbs. He also said it was the hardest day on the bike, ever. Merckx would have attacked, even if he was in yellow. |

There was quite a lot of downhill after the last climb. Hard for an attack to stick unless someone is cooked.
