Here's hoping you get Corsican weather G.

I think the bullet hole in sign thing is common in Mediterranean islands, especially once you get out of the towns.

Quite a few signs with bullet holes in on Bodmin Moor too.

Some great ariel shots as the race snakes down the winding roads

I loved Corsica :)

Our email systems have gone down, so I'm sitting here listening to commentary on the radio :)

We were in Ajaccio last year walking down the hill in the town that Froomey took off on yesterday. It was mighty hot, well in excess of 30, but there was a stiff breeze off the sea so it was OK to just stroll.

Mainland France always seems expensive but Corsica was about 30% above Cannes/Nice prices. IIRC 2 grande cremes and 2 Coupe de Glace ice creams came to £15 at a harbour side cafe with a stupendous view. We could have had cheaper in town but it worth it for the view across the whole bay.

Dear lord. Even i, in my armchair in Norfolk, could see that Sagan didn't win that. ITV Commentary wrong over the finish line two days in a row. Wonder if it will get over dubbed again?!

Had been wondering why we were stuck with the excitable Carlton Kirby on Eurosport rather than the more restrained and polished David Harmon and it turns out that Harmon is suffering from a bout of depression. This is sad news and I hope he recovers soon.
My plan to mute from about 10k seems to mean that I don't suffer from mis-identification angst although I doubt many non-Pro commentators would have spotted Bakelants rather than Irizar yesterday and argued with the posted ID on screen.
Sadly I reckon Cav's hopes for Green are fading rapidly, not many would have bet that any of Cav, Greipel, Sagan would leave Corsica with no stage wins, I certainly didn't
