I really enjoyed it and found it interesting, Bowman. A new way of thinking about things.
I kind of had that broad thinking before I read the book, but the book really summed it up well and put some of my thoughts in perspective and so on. Anyhow, a really good read. Actually, I will start reading it again

Not too bad a day considering we had a bit of a Christmas pudding feast today as there were only the 2 of us for dinner, not the 3 we'd catered for
My tiny habits:
- Daily calorie deficit β - Daily 10k steps β
- 4 x resistance sessions at the gym or home each week (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri) β but I swam instead
- Follow 10k training plan (TrainAsOne) β

today's habits do planned training - the runs will def happen! I was planning to just do leg work when I got home but it looks like I will get soaked getting home and will want to change straight away so resolve will be needed! hydrate - back at work so harder as I forget but OK so far stay focused - so far I have eaten as planned and got my protein in as planned
so only potential wobble it the weather impacting on training!
