What - half hour easy done (errands, posting letters), will aim to do another half hour later before coaching the U11s
why - fitting it in, been a hectic week

last hard - Tuesday

Why: shorter "long run" this week as am racing on Sunday and it is a cut back week anyway
Last hard: finding my mojo for a soaking wet run yesterday but actually it was great - much better than the recent hot stuff!
