Perhaps it's just me, but did every one have slow mile splits 1,3,5 and faster mile splits 2,4,6?

My 1st Thunder Run, I ran as a solo & did 9 loops, 55.92 miles. Omg! Double my previous longest run.

Lots of walking as it was such a tough 10k loop and had a 3.5hr sleep from 1.30am.

Almost every Fetchie that passed me said words of encouragement or asked if I was ok. I didn't have my Fetch top on but had the word Solo on my leg & a smiley face on the other one.

I had a bit of a walk & talk with Stander & Keefly, it was good to meet you both :)

I ended like a zombie and have a sore foot but apart from that I feel ok, at the moment.

It was a brilliant weekend with lovely company and a very supportive group of runners.

Well done everyone, it was a toughie :):)
