Thank you I had the best run ever. Had no idea how I was going to do another 100km 2 weeks after RTTC but I did and loved it.

Not in the best shape I have ever been. Having trouble sleeping too. Only a couple of blisters but I am so very stiff.

I saw Mark but didn’t have a chance to say hello.
Corrah hope everything easy up quickly.
Don’t really want to say this and I am definitely not bragging but no blisters, I didn’t have any after RTTC, stairs are no problem, I am a little stiff but blown away by my body.
Oh and I was 4 seconds off a negative split, and 2hrs 40 quicker than RTTC —— how absolutely crazy is that especially as the elevation is more at RTTS......not much but a bit.

That's amazing Lorraine. I was just on my feet far too long. Walking like a penguin and feeling tired. That's the hardest thing I have ever put my body through.
