This involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon and running the entire distance between them - 440 miles in under 9 days - the fastest known time. Averaging almost 50 miles per day! I'm fundraising for Mind Over Mountains to restore mental health through life-changing outdoor experiences when lockdown has challenged our mental health more than ever. Finish Tyndrum Saturday 8th August: Tyndrum to Glasgow Sunday 9th August: Glasgow to Moffat Monday 10th August: Moffat to Carlisle Tuesday 11th August: Carlisle, Climb Scafell Pike via Seathwaite, finish YHA Ambleside Wednesday 12th August: YHA Ambleside to Garstang Thursday 13th August: Garstang to Frodsham Friday 14th August: Frodsham to Ruthin Saturday 15th August: Ruthin, Climb Snowdon up Pen-y-Pass. I wonder how self supported, he means - will he be staying in b&b/hotel or carrying tent and sleeping bag/mat ? Having to go shopping, do washing, etc each evening rather than crash out sounds painful, or will he stash spare clothing and food aat planned stops in advance ?
