“ Three months later than planned, my Three Peaks Run is due to begin on Friday 7th August. This involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon and running the entire distance between them - 440 miles in under 9 days - the fastest known time. Averaging almost 50 miles per day!

I'm fundraising for Mind Over Mountains to restore mental health through life-changing outdoor experiences when lockdown has challenged our mental health more than ever. Please support us if you can - I'm hugely grateful for any donations, of any size, to make the miles count...”

"self supported" sounds tough compared to having a campervan and crew !!

I wonder how self supported, he means - will he be staying in b&b/hotel or carrying tent and sleeping bag/mat ?

Having to go shopping, do washing, etc each evening rather than crash out sounds painful, or will he stash spare clothing and food aat planned stops in advance ?
