Congrats Spiced Apple!!
How are you doing Wine Legs? Not long for you now...
I've been a bit absent lately, somehow one thing or another keeps me from finding a chance to come on here...
Another vote for hypnobirthing though. We did private classes and even though I had a complicated labour that ended in theatre, it helped loads through early labour (induction) and even in theatre too. Even though I didn't get the "typical hypnobirth" I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Sophie is 4 months old now and it's crazy how much she's changed and how fast time is going. They certainly don't stay sleepy newborns for long! In fact, getting Sophie to sleep seems to be my full time occupation now! I kind of miss the days she would sleep on me!
Have you been out with a running buggy yet BC?

Funny you should say that Neems. Sylvie did her first buggy parkrun today. 19:59 (with Daddy, not me!) She slept the whole way through! I tried a little run with her and it seems easy enough. I'll probably go out in the middle of the week with her - especially if it gets her off to sleep. I spend most of my time trying to convincer to nap too.

Ha! Neems must be a 4 month thing about naps. Hard work!
I have been buggy running with H. Didn't actually realise you were supposed to wait till six months until afterwards. It's very flat where I run though.
Did my first post baby parkrun this morning without Hazel. A PW by about 4 minutes but I really enjoyed it.

I've heard of a 4 month sleep regression, something to do with a changing sleep cycle. I think that's roughly when Sylvie stopped falling asleep at the drop of a hat.
The 6 month thing was in the buggy manual. I've heard differing opinions in when you can start running with them. She's been on a couple of gentle jogs with the pram attachment on the buggy, but this morning was the first speedy attempt in the proper buggy
