Lunchtime in Manchester. 1. Shirtless builder boys who either need to put a shirt back on, or... no, actually, just cover up those pasty bodies, boys! 2. So nice to sit in the shade. 3. Hell, doesn't everything just look nicer in sunshine? Greens are greener, and you can take time to actually look at the old buildings you normally ignore. Time to head back. *sigh* |

Cycle path pottle 1. Riot of growth, greens and explosions of colours 2. Heady perfume of roses as I passed a garden. 3. Remains of posts along the track, covered with ivy reminded me of military guards lining streets during parades. |

parkrun course check and then parkrun : A herd of cows lying down alongside the course (waiting for the rain!) A family of swans and cygnets Lots of duck and swan poo 💩 on the tarmac at the start and finish! |

Morning trail run : 1. Butterflies - lots of butterflies 2. Lily pads on the pond 3. A couple of men fishing in a pool, looking very relaxed in their chairs, didn’t seem to be much actual catching of fish going on! |
